We would like to thank you for visiting our webpage and for your interest in J.R. Simmentals and the Simmental breed.

J.R. Simmentals is a family run operation that was founded in 1986. Starting out with only two registered Simmentals, we have continued to grow over the years and now run fifty purebred and Simmental influenced cows. We have built our business upon the known and proven cow families of the breed and flush our own donors from these elite families each year. Annually, we implant a dozen cows with these and other E.T. matings, while breeding the rest of our females to the leading Simmental A.I. sires. We strive to stay on focus with consumer needs, from the purebred to the commercial operation. Each year we compete nationally to ensure that our own cattle are competitive in the breed and in the industry with our four daughters doing all of our showing. We are committed to producing superior genetics that are powerful yet predictable. At J.R. Simmentals, we are proud to bring you these quality pedigrees attached to cattle that are pleasing to the eye and able to perform inside the show ring and in your own herd programs at home.
